How will I market your home to sell?

The opportunities to market your home are endless, and as your realtor, I will develop a multi-faceted and effective marketing strategy tailored to Chicago’s unique real estate market to sell as quickly as possible at the right price. I use a variety of methods, but it starts with positioning. I will define our target buyer, the home’s key selling points, and a strategic list price, and build a marketing strategy from there.

I will leverage online home search portals and social media to cast the widest possible net of potential buyers. I will make the listing supremely eye-catching with pristine photography coupled with a compelling and detailed description of the home and everything it has to offer. The goal is to tailor the listing to the target buyers so we capture their attention and make them fall in love with your home.

As homeowners often refer their friends, relatives, and co-workers to live in their own buildings or in their neighborhood, I will look into advertising mediums that are available in or near the building such as lobby display monitors, neighborhood groups, as well as posting signs and distributing flyers. I will also share your listing with my own buyer clients and directly contact other agents who have buyer clients looking for a home like yours. I am also happy to conduct an open house to bring in many prospective buyers if you are comfortable with it.
