How will I help you find the right home?

As your real estate agent, I will listen to what you tell me and ask questions if needed to understand what is important to you. I will look at all listings, including public, private, and those that have not yet hit the market, to find homes that meet your needs.  There are numerous sources for locating homes in Chicago, and I check all of them!  However, I won’t waste your time showing you listings that are outside of your price range or don’t have your must-haves (unless nothing else is available that meets your criteria, and in this case, I will have a conversation with you about widening our search).  I understand the importance of feeling like your home is your sanctuary, and I take this very seriously.

-Track Dates and Follow Up As Needed to Ensure Closing and Moving Are Seamless and Happen On-Time

-Schedule Closing, Help You Prepare for Closing, and Review Closing Disclosures or Leases for Accuracy
